John Hardesty - President 

John was born and raised in Owensboro, KY and graduated from Owensboro Catholic High School. He has worn many hats and is a jack of all trades.  He has worked in logistics as well as Sherwin Williams for nearly 20 plus years.  He specializes in the technical aspects of decorative concrete and is Hard Top Design's materials specialist. John has a knack for knowing what concrete is thinking and his passion is to make every slab of concrete a work of art.  If you can’t find John, odds are he’s either camping or sitting on his patio!

Iain Howard - Partner/Designer

 

Iain was born and raised in Owensboro, KY and graduated from Owensboro Catholic High School. He continued onto Murray State University receiving a degree in Organizational Communication and Marketing.  If there is a job out there, odds are his has done it.  From mortgage banking, selling Hyundai’s, to life insurance, he gave it at least 6 months or better!  Iain specializes in the application process of decorating concrete from start to finish. If you can dream it, Iain will find a way to make it happen, all while developing a personal relationship with every slab of concrete he works with. I also dabbales in internet marketing and business mastermind groups.
